Not a good experience. Right from the beginning we had to keep correcting them on the type of product we sold. There first blog they wrote for us represented a different product. Through email exchange they apologized and revised the blog with the correct info. We suggested they watch a short two minute video on our website to understand better what we sold. I don't think they watched the video. Now keep in mind we were already ranked on the internet with SEO keywords on the 3rd page, 4th page 5th page and so on. All these guys had to do was push us forward to the 1st page which is the ultimate goal. However, about the 3rd month the wife and I looked on the internet to see how our ranking was going and our RANKING/product pages had all but disappeared off the internet. We were shocked!! Through email we expressed our concern to kick ass and they replied 3 hours later that they now noticed it and were going to fix it with permalinks and such. They never did get back to us on that, to calm our concerns and let us know how things were going with fixing this problem. Nearing the end of the 4th month we logged into our dashboard and we're further disappointed. We discovered on our product page under the META description that they were calling our product by a different name. Again through emails back and forth they apologized again and corrected it. Is that why our ranking on a half dozen pages disappeared out of the blues? We had better ranking before we started with kick ass seo. We almost were going to ask in an email if they were doing this on purpose! The wife and I couldn't believe all the mistakes they kept making. To day we're in worse shape in ranking and SEO's than before we started with these guys. I hate writing bad reviews but were out $1200 Dollars and four months of our time... gone! The wife and I were losing sleep over this company working on our SEOs and such. We feel that because we were a small company that we just weren't that important or we took a back seat to better paying companies, we just don't know. Terribly disappointed.

This business is owned by Evelyn Brunswitt and operated with Erik Olsen. Both of these individuals are extremely difficult to trust. Our business Lake Las Vegas Water Sports has lost out on thousands of dollars in sales because these two people have decided to misrepresent our business at Lake Las Vegas with wrong phone numbers, hours, contact information, and website addresses. This company has a record of creating a website for a company and once the contract ends they will hold the website for themselves and never return it to the business that they created it for. The reviews do not lie that others have left, our company has attempted to find a resolution with this business. This company was hired as a third party to market The Village at Lake Las Vegas. Our business was one of the many that has been negatively affected by these immature, unethical, childlike business practices that local Internet ads participates in. Whether you have been with this company for one day or 10 years they will take advantage of you, please look at prior reviews and you will notice that they are very spiteful if you stop their contract. Save yourself a lot of headache and work with another company.
