As the Executive decision maker for a small business in Denver, I've found that outsourcing SEO duties is imperative, especially when you have made significant changes to your online presence. Social SEO, formerly Pikes Peak SEO has been fantastic to work with. We have seen growth, and significant increases in organic traffic for most of the time we've used Social SEO. We've had several contacts there and all have been very professional. My only reason for not leaving five stars is that in our three or so years of service, we've had four different contacts working on our account. Don't get me wrong, the service is still worth it, and all of the Account Managers have been great, but it is hard to start over with a new contact and explain your business needs, website details, etc to a new person every six months to a year. There was a period of time (with one Account Manager) that nothing really seemed to be happening in terms of our website and feedback. In all honesty, I think that particular contact, though she was always very friendly and professional on the phone, was just too busy to take the time to do a lot with our account. I can tell that Social SEO is growing, as they have movement internally with their staff and have even promoted one of our Account Managers (which is why we no longer work with her). They are obviously doing something right. Our current AM is excellent so far--very responsive, and pays attention to details. Listen people, you're never going to find a perfect SEO vendor, but if you want to gain in organic traffic, conversions, and want a team of people who actually know what they are doing, give these guys a try!

WE ARE ROCKING NOW! Chris from Pur-Juice here. We were spending a ton of money on google ads for very lackluster results. The traffic just was not quality for the most part. Then google disapproved all of our ads and we were just left out in the cold with really no traffic at all. Things were looking bleak. I had done some basic SEO for our site based on articles I had read online but it wasn’t really doing anything to increase our rankings for the search terms we needed to be found for. I knew we needed something different and fast or we weren’t going to be able to continue our fledgling business. I loved it. Creativity. So I filled out the contact form and hit send. This was on a Friday at about 8:00pm if I recall correctly. By 8:15, Noah was already reaching out. I thought to myself “someone who actually cares.” We booked a call for Monday to discuss our situation. Then I continued down the page of Google results and contacted the next two companies listed. One did reach out to me a few days later and the other never did. Needless to say, we decided to work with Epidemic after our first call with Noah. He said he could and would get what we needed done and wow, has he ever! We went from selling a couple kits a day to selling hundreds of kits a week! In only a matter of about 3 months from when we first started working together. Our business is thriving right now and I can honestly say that a major reason for that is Noah and April know what they are doing. They’re also down to earth and really easy to work with! I will end with this... in the beginning, due to the dire state our business was in re: lack of traffic, I was very anxious to see results quickly. That is only human. However, if you work with Epidemic, please understand that immediate results are almost impossible.
