I've been working with Webcitz for several years now. I initially reached out to them for help with a problem concerning my site, which was then being hosted by another company. They were able to quickly resolve the issue (the company I was with at the time wasn't making much headway) as well as a few more that came up later. They never failed to solve any problems with my site in a timely manner. So much so that I ended up moving to them for my hosting needs. My site involves 2-way communication with remote hardware coupled with a GUI to provide up to date data as well as remote equipment control options for my customers, so I really can't afford much if any downtime. Everyone I've dealt with at Webcitz has been very knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. I particularly appreciate how quickly they respond to resolve any issues that may arise or answer my questions. I'm quite satisfied with their service and confident of their ability.
