How are we different? We believe that what makes us different from everyone else is the way that we work with you before, during and after.

Before
Prior to starting or accepting work from a client, we go over each and every aspect of their project, from the domain to the keywords to the Twitter feed so that the Webbin' It Team, and the client, are aware of just how big the big picture is, how much it will cost for them to get started, and maintain, or let Webbin' It manage it for them.  In comparison to most companies, you give a vision and the web designers apply theirs.  You’re not always given what you ask for, but the bells and whistles you get seem to make up for it, and you’re satisfied.  That doesn’t fly at Webbin’ It. We want what you want and that’s what we’ll provide.

During
For each step of work, the client is provided with communication that the step has been completed.  This keeps the client completely up-to-date on the progress of their project.  With most companies, you are given an estimate of when your project will be complete and you’re only met with a completed product at or before the deadline.  The client doesn’t know if their project was completed the night before or if there were time and care taken with each aspect of their project.  Constant communication with the client will keep them comfortable with their time frame and give them peace of mind that they are receiving the best service possible.

After
Our project is complete when we agree that what has been provided is what you asked for.  If it’s not right, we’ll make it right.  If there was functionality you expected and didn’t get, we’ll make it right.  If there was a look that didn’t quite meet your expectations, we’ll make it right.  In comparison to other companies, most consider your project finished when they meet your deadline.  We consider your project finished when we meet your expectations.
