Mike, the creative director, is very easy to speak to and really listens to what you're looking to achieve. It is clear that he is passionate about helping people, not just making money, and I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a new or updated website. There's someone on the team for each aspect of the website, such as a professional photographer, graphic designer, and copywriter. I spoke to several companies before deciding to go with V12, and they were most transparent about the cost, which I really appreciated, and it was actually less then the other companies who I spoke to and was underwhelmed by their portfolios.
