I work for Medical West Healthcare, and we use ThrottleNet services, I am not a computer wiz, I am a 61 year old female, not very good with keeping up with technology, But had to learn how to use the computer, and when ever I had problems I always got a technician Matt Trembly help me with the problem. He was so willing to help me with all the problems over the years, not just fix them but would explain to me what I may have done to cause the problem and to show me how to correct it.I believe he is such an important asset to your company...He has been extremely respectful and knowledgeable , we are all not as tech savey as the younger generations, but he has gone over and beyond to help me understand.
