Overall experience was good. The team was exceptional. Really liked working with TB. Biggest critique was there was no sense of urgency with meeting our final deliverable date. While I totally respect quality of life, if a client is paying the high fees TB is charging, there should be an expectation that the client's deadline will met at all costs.

Thoughtbot helped us create our website from scratch, creating the first ever marketplace for new and used cars. We have worked with nearly a dozen developers and half a dozen designers. We will continue to maintain a relationship with Thoughtbot even as we build out our internal team.
