ThoughtBot was so good at helping us take an idea from blank piece of paper to an MVP and ultimately into a business. They helped us learn to power, value and viable approaches to user feedback and validation, and through this how to deliver value. Their developers are sharp and overall valued the partnership we forged together.

Overall experience was good. The team was exceptional. Really liked working with TB. Biggest critique was there was no sense of urgency with meeting our final deliverable date. While I totally respect quality of life, if a client is paying the high fees TB is charging, there should be an expectation that the client's deadline will met at all costs.

Thoughtbot helped us create our website from scratch, creating the first ever marketplace for new and used cars. We have worked with nearly a dozen developers and half a dozen designers. We will continue to maintain a relationship with Thoughtbot even as we build out our internal team.
