I hired them to build a jewelers website for me . We spent 30days in development with no problems and I thought their project manager did a good job. It went live on November 5th and Thinkspace was paid the balance. That is when we started finding out all the problems it had. From that time forward their support staff was moving at a snail pace to resolve the simplest of problems. It wasn't until contacting the Director of Operations ( Lake Giles) that I could get anything done. By December 6th Christmas season was on and my inventory still wasn't loading to the site. I was tired of hearing " its someone else's problem" and had to contact my old website and relaunch my old site. It doesn't seem that their staff is on the same page nor do they have a grasp on customer service, especially when you are in the busiest season for business. It seemed that their staff was scattered all over the US and not in one location. I requested a refund for just a month of using their services, Mr Giles declined my request stating that I just didn't give them enough time to get the problems worked out. Hopefully if you use this Thinkspace you have more patience than I.
