I am so pleased with my PLAID experience thus far. For me, they have taken an overwhelming dream project that seemed impossible to achieve and are making it a reality. Communication is absolutely second to none. The quoting process was well documented and explained, price points were within budget and timelines that were planned have been either on time or ahead of schedule.
