Since The Digital Ring’s 2015 launch, we’ve grown from a small team of three to a robust crew of almost 25, and have served over 130 clients. Our revenue has followed suit, nearly doubling year over year. Our efforts have been rewarded with 50+ local and national awards, including 40+ local American Advertising Federation Awards (ADDYs), three Hermes Awards, Madison Magazine’s “Best Places to Work” award (three years running), and the Dane County Small Business Award.
However, what we’re most proud of is the unique culture we’ve developed and the set of values that have become the cornerstone of our business. Collectively, we’ve grown The Digital Ring from the ground up, basing our vision, mission, and goals on two main priorities: our clients and our employees. Our vision is to be the best marketing agency in the Midwest. Our mission? To act as an invaluable extension of our current and future clients’ team, providing innovative resources, strategy, and expertise that impacts their bottom line and furthers their goals. Our goals: 1) To provide award-winning service to our clients (most of which are small to medium-sized businesses), helping them grow their overall impact in their respective communities, 2) To encourage a happy and healthy workplace for our team, and 3) To continue year over year growth in both revenue and employee count.
Beyond that, we’ve established a unique management philosophy that centers on the ideas of transparency and team building. Our leaders share as much information as possible: last year, we implemented quarterly town halls to address the business challenge of maintaining open communication in an environment of rapid growth and constant change. When it comes to addressing the challenge of employee satisfaction, our management team goes above and beyond, not only facilitating fun, team bonding activities (think kickball and happy hours), but also prioritizing internal promotion, learning opportunities, and professional development.
