I have has partnered with The Customer Story on multiple projects in recent years and have always been very pleased with the results. Jacob has produced some excellent stories featuring Rackspace customers and he has also been very helpful on several other key initiatives. His working knowledge of IT, strong storytelling skills plus a willingness work with our (sometimes very short) time frames & varying budgets make him the go-to provider for our additional video production needs.
