We are a niche brand selling B2C nationally. Our website had been designed by one of the larger LA design firms.
Tom began with developing a digital business plan that included revenue projections base on digital advertising, email campaigns and customer retention campaigns. The plan included a "What If" calculator that made it easy to track outcomes and adjust them as real world figures became available.
He then analyzed our website. While we loved the design, it soon became apparent that many critical elements that would help our search engine listings had been totally ignored. By correcting these, our search engine rankings went up and customer engagement rose.
He then created a PPC campaign that tightly linked our ads, landing page and ordering system. Not only did our conversion rate improve but our advertising cost per click actually went down. This allowed us to increase our budget with confidence.
Finally, Tom created and email campaign directed at customer retention.
