What did you like best?
They set very clear expectations from the beginning on a timeframe for me to get my project done. I was sent almost daily check ins from my account manager, Drew, which was helpful and made me feel apart of the process.
What did you like least?
Going off of my comment above, their team is a little bit too "hands on" at some points. I would have preferred one weekly phone call as opposed to multiple back and forth emails.
I had a great overall experience with everyone that I worked with at the SMB Team, and would recommend them to anyone.
