Simbco team responded quickly to my need for assistance in Robo chat design. I eSigned their engagement letter to formally hire them. The letter contained reasonable terms. Then we moved on to my issue and we got it resolved within an hour. They provided great suggestions for new automation in my business and great consulting feedback about the flow of my cureent automation. It's nice to know I now have a tech support team a phone call away on a pay-as-needed basis.
