We started with SMG almost 6 years ago. They took us from nowhere (we were a startup) to world domination in relatively short order. We started really seeing results (leads, sales, etc.) after about 12 months and have been building and growing ever since. We've had a few setbacks - Google changes and some other issues that have knocked us down in rankings periodically throughout the past several years. When those things happened, Sachs Marketing was always there immediately to address the issues, troubleshoot and fix whatever was happening to us. They are our marketing partner - they are there in the trenches with us to help us grow. They are very good at keeping their finger on the pulse of what's happening in the digital world and making adjustments when necessary to make sure we continue to dominate.

When we were starting our business, we interviewed a lot of different companies. Sachs Marketing Group was recommended to us through a close business associate. At the most fundamental level, we wanted to increase our visibility in the marketplace. We wanted to position our brand in front of potential buyers. We wanted our clients to be able to find us with relative ease. We needed websites, a full social media build-out, SEO, Adwords, email marketing, logos and newsletters. The most important thing for us was getting the phone ringing. We wanted leads. After a few months, we began noticing a considerable increase in web-generated leads coming through. Our brand was coming up on the first Google results page for 95 percent of the terms we’ve targeted. We've been with Sachs for going on 6 years now and we dominate the search engines for ALL of our search terms. We are always either 1st or 2nd on Google's first page. We've grown our business from one location locally, to now several different locations both locally and out of state. Sachs Marketing Group handles all aspects of our digital marketing including SEO, social media, all web and graphics design, email marketing, etc. What I’ve really loved is that I can call them anytime and tell them what I need. They can get it done. I know that we are pretty demanding as a client, but they’ve always been available to us. We’re always making changes and adding content to the site, and they’ve been very responsive - always putting more resources in place to support our account and our growth. They have our full trust and that's very difficult to develop with an agency. They’ve been incredible. I’ve been doing this for a long time, and I’ve worked with a number of other SEO firms throughout the years in various different businesses. I have never had a better experience with an SEO company.
