What did you like best?

I like that our strategist specializes in our industry. Kimmy is knowledgeable and understands what a small business needs. She is very professional and personable!

What did you like least?

I wish Kimmy and I were in the same state so we could meet face to face but Lara is our Regional Manager and she always keeps in touch and drops by.

Describe your overall experience.

We have been with Revlocal for about 4 years and we are very pleased with our service and the results we have seen. I expect to be with them for a long time!

What did you like best?

Ease of implementation and thoroughness of services performed.

Honestly, the only thing I least liked was my indecision to hire them sooner.

Describe your overall experience.

I was hesitant to hire a company that would help me navigate the business through the internet. Knowing virtually nothing about clicks, SEO, tags, analytics, etc., every company I would attempt to deal with would talk over my head. RevLocal did not. They also kept in contact with me without any sales pressure to sell me something I was not comfortable with. It took me over 1 year to pull the trigger and wished I had done it sooner. In the first 8 months of having them take over and monitor our company's online presence we have had over a threefold increase in traffic generated through online searches.

What did you like best?

Monthly check-ins with the team manager. Dean and I review the performance of my campaign and switch things up as needed.

What did you like least?

Have not had any issues to date

I see the value in having someone manage my pay for click campaign but since I'm not an expert in the area I rely on someone to help me with the process in an honest manner and keep an open dialogue with me. I've seen results from the campaign and would recommend others to revlocal as well.

I liked there on point communication without the vague nonsense I have found from other companies.

If anything it would be cost. I'd like to see more tangible growth to be able to put a number to value would be excellent.

I have been a client for over two years, and both the local sales reps and the home office account manager have gone beyond the expected to be available, listen to my questions and input regarding the presentation of my counseling practice to the online world. I'm very satisfied and have referred several colleagues and connections their way. Oh, and their services actually work. In fact, they work very well. I'm grateful to have their leadership and guidance to help me grow my business.
