What did you like best?

They deliver 100%. Any questions I ask are answered honestly. Remember all that has been discussed with them. Never miss a phone meeting and if I am busy with a customer they are quit to reschedule.

What did you like least?

There was a sales rep that came into the business that did not know we were already clients. Still friendly just would have taken a few moments to find that out before he came in.

Easy to work with and friendly. If they do not have the answer they are honest but find the answer shortly after. Would recommend to any new small business.

My rep, Kristen, takes a personal interest in managing our web presence. She keeps me up to date on Google and other search engines and how changes impact my business.

Cost is a little more than I would like to pay since I am one business with two locations I pay for each location individually.

They work directly with you to help you reach your target audience. Also they will follow up monthly to ensure you are receiving the results you want, or they will try other methods.

What did you like least?

Have been very happy with everything, we don't really have any complaints, the only thing would be change of representative a lot, but we are very happy with our current rep - Adam Beutel!

What did you like best?

Ever since I started working with Kristen Hughes at RevLocal, my business has had a substantial increase every year. I am on target for my best year ever at Pest Guard Exterminating and most of it is because of the marketing strategy she has laid out for me. A true professional!

They cleaned up the digital mess I had going on. Julee called on me and was very helpful in educating me and guiding me to purchase the areas that I did. Leah that I deal with monthly, has been a real pleasure to interact with and again has helped educate me in this area for marketing my dental practice.

What did you like best?

Within one year of signing up with RevLocal my companies business doubled. They cleaned up all instances of our online listings, corrected any incorrect information, and continue to be instrumental in bringing in new leads. Our exposure in the web business continues to grow month by month bringing in more and more revenue.

It is hard to do monthly call from the point of the office. The setup is so easy but getting the office to participate in the monthly phone calls is hard because even on admin days you want to do admin work not be on the phone. Still very beneficial to have those phone calls though.

What an amazing support system from the beginning of signing up to where we are now, almost a full year in and we have monthly phone calls to make sure that our office and Revlocal are still working together

Support. Their overall support is outstanding. The local rep has been wonderful and always patient, even if we ask the same question over and over again. Software to strategic support is outstanding.

Nothing. They have always been there for us. Cannot think of one instance where they have disappointed us.

RevLocal is why we are still open. When the economy went south in 2008 our office struggled to stay open, even after 4 decades of operation. RevLocal worked with us. They really seemed focused on us making a comeback. We are now stable as a business and much of the credit goes to RevLocal. They have bright people who can also make a personal connection with companies. We highly recommend RevLocal to anyone interested in expanding their on-line presences. They are not just a business they are partners.

What did you like best?

Customer Service and Strategy are the two strengths in my mind. They are always available to talk, and will dive deep into any question you pose to them. You pay a management fee, so it's best to push them to give you them most that they can. RevLocal is not a cheap service, but if you utilize it properly you will definitely see the value.
