We deliver large agency service with a small agency feel. Our graphic designers are all in house and our sales team is highly trained and motivated to get to know businesses individually. These alone allow us to really meet our customers needs. We view ourselves as partners to our customers and therfore have a vested interest in seeing them succeed. 

Our customers are invited into our office to talk shop. If any one of them has marketing questions, we're here to help, whether they buy a service from us or not. Offering webinars to introduce products to customers, as well as our frequent blog updates, gives our customers the sense that we know them, and can actually help them. The Team at Plum will find answers if they don't initially have them; researching what type of digital marketing is right for your vertical, and calling on years of marketing experience to help our local businesses succeed. 

A recently accquired ecommerce customer needed product photos, and we are able to supply those as well. Our on staff photographer will take professional photos of the store items, further cutting out the need for extra steps. Truly a "one stop shop" for web design needs.
