We're an established (over 20 years) wholesale seafood company. We've never had a website and the information about our company online was outdated or in many cases just wrong. Scott and his team tackled getting our website up and showing on Google, setting up our social media, email and are now working to get all the data about our company consistent and accurate. All while communicating with our decision makers in three different locations. They helped research the competition, find the photos to use on our website, wrote the content and did a great job responding to suggested changes we wanted while sometimes telling us why some things we thought were a good idea probably were not something we should do. They were easy to reach by phone and when not available they'd reply very quickly, even on weekends and late in the evening. We look forward to launching new seafood lines and know we'll be able to count on them to help create the print materials we need and add to the website.

They did an excellent job with our logo - we wanted something that could be used in several colors and would work in different seasons. Our website is just a single page, but the way it displays, the website has all the information potential customers need. So it's easy to tell customers to just look on the website and all the pricing and order form is there. I'm an artist am I'm very particular about colors. They were able to incorporate all my specific needs. They also set up and got us going with a Google page which probably is the source of almost all our business. We show up as number one in search. Customers look up Gift Wrapping, see our Google listing, then either call us right away or look at our website, then contact us. We PlayBig Design let us know from their experience what was important, what worked and what not to waste time on. Excellent service, easy and fast process and they handle all the upkeep and maintenance, even a few price changes on our services each season.
