I have had the pleasure of working with Tim (Paradox Productions) for more than 10 years now. When we wanted to start producing videos in house at Best Western, we called Tim, and he has been an invaluable resource. Whether he's creating a video for us or working alongside us, he's second to none. He's professional, creative, collaborative, dependable, skilled, accessible, a good person and a super nice guy. I can't recommend him enough.

Working with Tim and his team was a dream as a Marketing Director. From the beginning I knew I could trust him. His pricing structure, level of detail, and communication were beyond compare. There was no hard selling, and his genuine nature made my decision to move forward with him on our video production project a no-brainer. During production he was flexible as we were completing this project in conjunction with a conference, and timing on our part was not perfect! Tim and his team made our people in front of the camera feel at ease, and talked them through nerves and apprehensiveness. The end product was exactly what I was envisioning and his patience through the process made it a painless experience. Would hire Paradox again and again!

Tim Martin took over our website and SEO three years ago. In that time he has designed a brand new site, written new page content, designed new calls to action with forms, set up the analytics, and developed a way for us to post our own content. The bottom line is we are getting more relevant traffic and much better leads. And those leads are converting into higher sales. The website more than pays for itself now instead of just being a branding exercise that costs money.
