We were fed promises for over a year and billed many thousands of dollars for work that other developers are telling us is standard and easy to deliver in a month or two for 1/3 or less the cost. Every time they tried to fix or implement something new, they messed up something that had previously been agreed to. They kept insisting that the very basic item we wanted - a rental calendar that would give guests a quote and confirm availability, was an exotic requirement that could not be delivered. They clearly do not have the capability to deliver a functional website.
