We are pretty sure we are the only website design and SEO service with a Nurse Practitioner on staff!  So, we naturally cater to the doctors and other professionals like that.  Our owner, Ryan Sciamanna, built and sold his first business.  That was a lawn care business and he was able to sell it due to all the leads the lawn care company's website brought in.  Ryan took over that website in 2012 and home service businesses are our other super specific niche.  That business sold in April of 2018 and after a few months of relaxation Ryan dove head first into Optimized.

We are a team of entrepreneurs, computer scientists, graphic artists, and cybersecurity specialists in the Greater Cincinnati area.  We want to see businesses grow and know getting them in front of people searching is the best way to do it.  

We guarantee results after 6 months of continuous service.  The nature of SEO and how the internet works in general, really doesn't allow us to guarantee anything if you are not willing to give us time to do what needs to be done.  We are fully transparent with everything we do and often show our client's before and after videos of how the code was really changed or this or that was actually done.
