 The NRPR dream team consists of thinkers, storytellers and creatives specializing in publicity, social media and digital marketing. We’re passionate hard workers who think, work, and DO proactively – NOT waiting for clients or media to simply give direction. We work alongside our clients, instilling confidence that we’re there for them and care just as much about their business’ success as they do! The agency is staffed by strong writers, communicators, and doers who understand the value of relationships and continue to be the bridge that leads to long-lasting relationships between clients and the media and influencers who touch their key audiences.

 A continually updated playbook, written by CEO and founder, Nicole Rodrigues, includes best practices and standards for conduct. She has also implemented weekly reading periods and discussions to assure staff are abreast of industry news and trends to be used for pitching and thought leadership. These activities translate into increased media coverage, sales leads, and revenue-generation in the millions for each client. Success breeds success and team members are more productive and motivated doing great PR work for clients.

 The NRPR team works closely with client often at their offices, working together with them, getting to know the energy of the company, and tirelessly asking questions that could lead to future storytelling initiatives. Many clients are referrals based on the success with other clients or contacts made networking, and as a result of social media, thought leadership and Nicole’s participation in webinars, podcasts and interviews.

 The NRPR team has a passion that clients recognize and see in the results achieved. This is in opposition to a lackadaisical, almost entitled way of doing PR. It has always been NRPR’s goal to keep ahead of trends. NRPR clients are already seeing the benefits of including data and analytics in reports from the agency. That said, we are always on the lookout for new tools to gather data that will help executives to explain PR/marketing value to board members and investors, or simply help them feel more comfortable with their investment in PR.
