NetPilot is, quite simply, the best. We have worked with them for more than 15 years and during this time have never stopped being impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. They are kindhearted and patient with us and have consistently come to our rescue when we've messed something up. We have come to think of them as part of our nonprofit family. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best, they are an 11.

It might sound like I'm exaggerating, but I'm not. NetPilot is the most amazing company I have ever contracted with for my company. John and his crew were so patient, professional, attentive, and insightful with us. We researched and reviewed several Web Design companies prior to selecting NetPilot. And I feel we made the right choice! I have no regrets. As a result of NetPilot's work with us, they have made us permanent clients. As a nonprofit, NetPilot understood our dreams and vision to serve our community. And in doing so, they pointed us in the right direction and significantly helped us achieve a major goal in our strategic plan. NetPilot used their expertise to help us create a website that we are proud of and makes it easy for our community and clients to be supported and informed. You might spend a little more , but NetPilot is well worth their price. Victor

I cannot recommend NetPilot highly enough. They are an incredible team of friendly, professional, efficient individuals who run like a well-oiled machine. Managing vendors can occasionally feel like babysitting, with NetPilot they understand the needs of your organization and are on top of everything 24/7. If you're in need of a website rebuild or simply help managing your current site, you will be more than happy to work with NetPilot.
