MJS manages millions of dollars in advertising monthly across the nation. Our financial motto is, “To the penny and not a cent more.” We consider ourselves the stewards of our clients’ budgets and take this fiduciary responsibility very seriously. Budgets are reviewed internally by both our Media and Account Services Departments to ensure accuracy and accountability for all financial line items. Once a budget has been proposed and approved by the client, the final invoiced amount will not exceed the approved budget. We consider ourselves experts at working within the confines of any budget to make the most effective use of the dollars available. Based on our clients' goals, MJS will prioritize expenditures that will result in the “biggest bang for your buck” regardless of industry.

MJS is experienced with adhering to federal, state and local laws with regard to advertising. We have worked with our clients’ attorneys across the country and our own counsel to ensure compliance in our marketing and creative messaging. Both our Creative and Account Services Departments have working knowledge of federal and state regulations, access to research services and legal counsel to confirm compliance on an as-needed basis.

While we’re predominantly an automotive advertising agency, our experience, philosophies and procedures span all industries. In addition to our automotive experience, we’ve also worked with clients in the entertainment, medical, marine, retail and restaurant verticals.
