What did you like best?
I have had the honor of working with Erik Radle and his team for over 5 years. Erik and his team were and still are open to new ideas and how to use Data Driving Marketing from Pandora. They are open an honest about ideas we bring to them for their clients and will let us know if the idea is good or needs more work. In today's world of data, Miller has embraced the concept of how to best use Data Driven Marketing and provide ideas and solutions for their clients. I have always enjoyed the fact of how much the Miller Ad Agency sees Pandora as a valued partner and how we continue to evolve and grow our partnership each year.
What did you like least?
We have always had a great experience with The Miller Ad Agency on all levels. I have always had access to the leadership team, management, creative and account services which really creates a bond and a partnership. Great people to work with that care about the success of their clients and their vendor partnerships.
Over the past 5 years, the experience between Pandora and Miller Ad Agency has been good. I have been most impressed how they embraced new concepts, audience targeting, new product launches, etc from Pandora and then decide what fits best for their clients. We may not meet everyone's needs and Miller Ad Agency is great for honest feedback and direction.
