The service just keeps getting better and better all the time! It's great to have "our own IT department" to call whenever something goes wrong, and as far as the response time...someone is always there when needed! I really appreciate all their help!

I have had a great experience every time I need assistance from Miles IT!! I have recently been receiving help from Joe and he is the BEST! He always reaches out to me within a few minutes and is always able to resolve any issues I am experiencing. He is very friendly and I couldn't ask for a nicer person. Thank you all for your assistance in the past! This makes my job a lot easier when I know I have you guys for my backup!!
