The approach Doug takes is unlike any other marketing firms I have spoken to. He understood my goals and offered suggestions in the best interests of my company. This says a lot about the company's integrity and culture. Amazing experience working with Doug from Mansfield Marketing.

For me, starting a new company after retiring from a Fortune 205 company after 35 years of service has been extremely intimidating. Especially when all you've ever known is a structured corporate sales world. In preparation to open the Houston based business, Duke’s Premium Meats Home Delivery, I visited the Pearland Chamber of Commerce expecting to just ask how to join. They gave me a tour of the facility and explained to me that there was a program through the SBDC (Small Business Development Center) San Jacinto College. We would be assigned a Business Advisor that assists small businesses get started. I put in a request and my prayers were answered by Herbert Hildebrand! My business partner Duke and I met with Herb at his office inside the Clear Lake Chamber of Commerce. Herb explained to us what his business advisory services offered and what type of help was available through the SBDC program. I had no idea there was a program like this available. Herb suggested that I attend the next advertisement workshop. I was blown away by the exceptional quality of the speaker Doug Mansfield and his Associate Alex Lane from Mansfield Marketing, LLC. As they patiently explained beginners website advertising and Social Media, it became very clear to me that the SBDC program was going to be very instrumental in Duke's Premium Meats Home Delivery's success. If you are thinking about opening a new business, start with SBDC!!!!
