Horrible. Stay away. I started with Lyfe June 3rd. Fired them July 22. After the first 3 weeks my landing page and drip emails were not ready. After getting an account manager involved landing pages were made but were not properly edited. Website never done. On July 17 th my email drip was ready. When I called about this the account manager yelled at me, blaming me. I have 20 years as a financial advisor and serial entrepreneur. Never in my life Have I ever encountered more unprofessional business. They just forgot about me and then denied it and won’t give me a full refund. $2,450 . I think they have to many clients and can not handle the work. Don’t pay for everything upfront. Do one thing and see how it goes. You have been warned.

Overall Experience

My experience with Lyfe Marketing was terrible. I purchased a handful of their services for my fitness studio. 27 days and $2300 later, I still had nothing to show for it. I was very displeased and they refused to issue a full refund. They also have failed to answer requests from the Better Business Bureau on this matter (they now have a F rating there). Small businesses with tight budgets should be very wary in starting new business with this company!

We wanted to speak of our experience regarding Lyfe Marketing. What we do not want to do is disparage, defame, or denigrate the reputation, character, image, or service of the company, but to speak of our experience in a constructive way. They did a great job of creating work. They just need to improve on deadlines and communication. The company can really do great when taking your limited resources and nailing a look and feel you want. Based solely on minimal content, photos, and conversations and a form you fill out. They really delivered on the vibe, colors, and playfulness we wanted. What led to our inevitable splitting however is an inability to effectively communicate and meet deadlines. Almost every deadline was missed with no notice. Days would go by with no word. We would have to contact them. The company would miss meetings where we had to coordinate other employees and managers to sit in on the conversation. This cost us time and money. We never ended up with a finished project and missed the holiday season which caused us to lose an unknown amount of income and brand recognition. To summarize. The company is great and designing a look and feel as long as you are okay with them not communicating and missing deadlines. For us, we lost tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars from potential income for a product no one had during the holiday season. Now everyone has it. Make sure to stay on top of them for deadlines and communicating. The first sign it is not going well our recommendation is to pull out.
