I have finally found the marketing team I have been looking for. They're engaged, highly knowledgeable, and quick. They understand your concerns, give you your options, and then do what it takes to get you results. I've run many brands from online casinos, to travel agencies and web hosting since 2003. This is the first time I'm able to feel confident about the services I'm being given. I had given up on all marketing teams, SEO, etc. The entire market is over saturated and over rated. Not Lyfe Marketing. They are the real deal. Please note I've used them for over a year now, and their exceptional work has not slowed down a bit. Guys, you really can't go wrong. What did you like best?

I have been extremely pleased with this company’s professionalism, their team’s genuine care for my brand/attention to detail, clear communication & my RESULTS! What I’ve liked best is that from day-one (filling out the form with my brand details and our introduction phone call) the professionalism, organization, clear communication, follow through, as well as flexibility to meet my brand’s needs and communication preferences. This has allowed my team and I to be as efficient as possible, drive major growth and results, while taking work off my end - which is exactly what I wanted when hiring them!

What did you like least?

What I have liked least is when I first hired the company, we had certain website/blog needs (a list of edits and additions to be done); I did feel that there was a delay in actioning this list/lack of communication right away, especially compared to how efficient we were being with the other tasks (social media, newsletter). However, on one of our team calls when I asked the status of those tasks that team member apologized for the delay (seemed like there was a lot going on plus that person had been out of the office). I appreciated the communication on the team call, as long as that delay didn’t become an issue. It didn’t, which was a pleasant surprise. Since then, that team member has completed what was needed in a timely manner with genuine care for my brand and it’s growth, bringing unique marketing ideas and attention to detail - which I truly appreciate! As you grow as a brand/team, hiccups in communication or systems are bound to happen and I have truly been impressed with this team’s ability to navigate any challenges or miscommunications in a professional manner and remain just as professional, which ultimately makes our systems even stronger, more effective, and keeps me loyal as a client.

My overall experience has been EXCELLENT and I highly recommend this company for your marketing, web/online, social needs based on my experience! I found it extremely helpful during the “introduction phone call” to be introduced to my Account Manger, plus each member of my team/their unique title and role assigned to my brand, so that I could feel confident reaching out to each person based on their expertise. This has been important so that we can be efficient, build individual relationships, while still having my Account Manager as my “go to” person plus weekly team calls to bring everyone together for questions, concerns or ideas. I am extremely busy in my role as Owner/CEO of my business and have very high standards with who I work with; this team’s clear communication, professionalism, genuine care for my brand, along with attention to detail to meet my standards from the beginning has allowed us to take work off my end and produce massive growth on my social media - which is the main reason I hired them! What did you like best?

They completely took over our marketing strategy. All we had to do was provide the vision and they took it from there and managed to do an excellent job. They helped grow our Facebook following to 7,500 likes in less than 4 months. That really propelled our business and set the company up for a great grand opening in a very rural city.

What did you like least?

It's hard to pinpoint something that we didn't like. It would have been great if they posted more for what we were paying but we agreed to what they quoted us and we were satisfied with it. It was also executed at a very high level.

What really gave them the "5-star" review in my opinion, though, was how they handled me after I no longer needed their services. (They did a wonderful job, and I accomplished what I needed, so I completed my business with the company.) A long while after leaving, I needed some help with something, and they provided that assistance immediately... and without charge. They care about people, and that shows. It would be difficult to find an aspect of our working relationship that we did not like. If anything, since we were a very small business we were sensitive to price, but their pricing was fair and the value generated from their work is beyond what we ever expected.

We began seeing results almost instantly after bringing them on-board. Their team is organized and efficient and their process for posting and updating weekly content is very streamlined. We are a medical association so content is more challenging to come up with if you're not a cardiologist but they have been able to learn and work with doctors on our staff to create meaningful content on a weekly basis. We would definitely recommend partnering with Lyfe Marketing.

What did you like best?

The founders of LYFE Marketing are very hands on. They treat every business like it is there own. The get to know your product and customize a marketing strategy just for you.

What did you like least?

I truly have nothing bad to say about my partnership with LYFE. They are attentive, responsive, understanding and great to work with. The only limitations I had in our process came from the time it took me to approve marketing pieces due to my schedule. Once I dedicated that task to another member in my office, I was golden.

Before we partnered with LYFE Marketing social media management was a burden. Worst of all we viewed it as a drain on our valuable time. Through LYFE Marketing we learned the true value of proper social media management and the value that can be added directly to your bottom line through; target marketing, custom campaigns, and attention to detail that is unmatched. LYFE Marketing is responsible for our revived social media presence. I highly recommend the LYFE Marketing team. Their talent and technique is worth every penny!

After having worked with multiple digital marketing and social media agencies, we have finally landed on a winner and hit a home run with Lyfe Marketing. They understand that one size that not fit all and have worked with us on unique and authentic social media strategies that have been instrumental in driving qualified traffic to our website, reduce conversion cost and increase revenue per visitor. Their creative campaigns have also been a great source to engage social media influencers to further leverage results. Probably the most important thing is that they do what they say they are going to do, when they say they will do it. Oddly enough, this is not common place in the industry. What did you like best?

The Lyfe team are PRO's. SLT has dramatically increased lead generation using their services. Sean and Sherman are redefining what a highly specialized marketing company can be. I'm a fan.

What did you like least?

Are you kidding? I wouldn't give a review of Lyfe Marketing if I wasn't totally satisfied. I guess I would love them more if they provided their services for FREE. LOL...of course they wouldn't be in Business very long if we don't pay.
