Great team. Lou and his crew helped us take control of Amazon Advertising and were very easy to work with. Helped reduce ACoS on Amazon and drive new sales. They optimized our listings to help improve conversions as well.
You guys were great to work with. The only problem was that we needed a lot more attention to our Amazon account. Looked like you guys worked on our account once or twice a week and a progress report every month. We changed to a team in India who works on our Amazon daily and is constantly optimizing the page. We’re on a phone conference with him almost everyday and he shows us what other similar brands are doing and how to follow their model.
