DISCOVERY (Deposition)- Being able to show the conviction (or lack thereof) on a deponents face, the surprise, the despair at being caught in a lie, or the rage that erupts at your well-formed question, will allow the jury to experience the power if that moment as if they had been there in person. Our comprehensive deposition videography services include filming depositions with high-quality audio and video equipment, as well as cutting video clips and preparing transcript isolations for use at trial.
DISCOVERY (Site Inspections)- Conducting a site inspection is an important component of most high-profile cases. We are called on to accompany attorneys and record photographs and videos of warehouses, retail shops, hospital wards, rangeland, restaurants, government buildings, hospital wards, and all manner of other locations. In consultation with the attorneys conducting the site inspection, our photographers and videographers capture high-definition images that can be reproduced in large sizes for trial. Our team has an eye for detail and knows what it takes to carefully document an incident location or accident scene. Our techs are also skilled and licensed drone pilots. We are often called on to record accident scenes, damage to large properties, and other locations that are important to your client's case. We are also able to assist with building and bridge inspections, and any other type of ariel recording needs you may encounter.
MEDIATION- It is not enough to just attend mediation armed with facts. We excel at preparing 'Day in the Life' videos which are used to tease out the intricacies of the physical and emotional damage your client has endured, and present them in a meaningful and unforgettable manner. We witness time and again the manner in which a powerful (and often gut-wrenching) video can be the key to unlocking the full financial potential of a case.
TRIAL- We are adept at setting up and helping our clients use technology in the courtroom in a way that makes their arguments and evidence more visible and understandable to judge and jury. Whether you simply need to get the right equipment and connectors delivered to the court, or have someone fully set up and tie your audio/video into the existing courtroom compoents, we have you covered. We worry about the multimedia side so that you don't have to! If you are ready to bump your presentation up to the next level, our hot-seat technicians can join you in the courtroom to run and highlight your exhibits, video clips, and other presentation materials with the use of Trial Director.
