Kmotion Design is a women owned design firm, established in 2008. We are an intentionally small specialized firm based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Our expertise is custom web design and development, digital marketing, video & motion graphics, graphic design and branding. The Kmotion team is comprised of several individuals, all of whom have years of experience working in robust website interface design, site map and navigation strategy, user experience, and website development.

Because we keep our team small you’ll work with our senior-level team from the very first meeting through the launch of the project. We get to know our clients by understanding their goals, motivations and how they operate so we can best design a custom solution for them that is optimized for ease of use, lead generation and conversions. We work in a truly collaborative way, and see ourselves as a trusted partner, bringing together all the various elements of the project to ensure a successful and creative completion. Each of our projects are taken through an innovative process that we have designed over the last 11 years, and we continue to refine that process to create the best possible experience. We use a combination of online tools, customer interviews, and milestones to ensure that your project goes from execution to completion within the allotted time and budget with the best end product.

Our unique Discovery process allows us to gain a deeper understanding of our clients goals, their customers/audience, pains and problems, and overall scope of work to meet our clients needs. This also aids in the organization of priorities, phases and project milestones/tasks, so bandwidth is never an issue with us. We structure our team to be as efficient as possible with all our projects and schedules. Our team is comprised of 3 parts: Strategy and Marketing, Design, and Development.

You will be working with senior-level professionals throughout the entire process and won’t be “pushed down” or “handed off” to junior designers, which frequently happens in larger agencies.
