Key Medium did an excellent job on a long (6+ months) and complex (complete restructuring and developing a new concept for the website by taking into account stakeholder feedback) website design project for us. They were totally on-board with our programmatic goals for the new website and thought very creatively about how to use good design to meet them, and they went above and beyond to find new ideas, learn about our programming, and put the time in to make the project a complete success.

Working with Key Medium has been great - very professional with a lot of opportunity to provide feedback during the website redesign process. My organization received analytics on web traffic that has helped understand areas needed for improvement and lacking accessibility features. Furthermore, opportunities to further develop promotional materials have been generated from our collaboration. Hoping to work with Key Medium again in the future to improve interactive and engaging components of our branding and impact.
