They set a new marketing bar for our organization. Our previous website was ancient; not user friendly and not welcoming to look at. With our new site, the expectations of what our organization puts out in the public has changed and other agencies have made comments about the professionalism of our new site. Their customer service was (and is) amazing. Every single person I collaborated with was great to work with. I know they do other work for clients, but the team seemed invested in our project and wanted to see us succeed. I hoped the site would be successful, but it was a comfort to see an outside party just as invested in the success of the final product as we were.

Jordan Crown is simply amazing. I've worked with dozens of UI developers in my career and have found that most profoundly over-estimate their skills. The designers I've worked with at Jordan Crown, however, tend to under-promise and over-deliver. I like that. I've been so impressed by their UIs and rock-solid back-end work that I always look forward to the next chance I have to loop them into a project.

The Jordan Crown team was incredibly responsive throughout the entire project. They made everything readily available through their web portal, including deliverables for our review and all our contracts. They took the time to learn about our industry and provide feedback to make our website easy to navigate for internal and external audiences. They also made our site mobile, tablet, and desktop friendly, which is a must in today's world. We have nothing but great things to say about Jordan Crown.
