My experience was horrible, and my recommendation is to steer clear. The site launched a month ago and was not fully functional until I hired another developer to finish what they did not. They shockingly did not care although they sold me on their “100% satisfaction” pitch . What they do care about is money. A few months in, they demanded an additional $5K on top of an expensive fee and simply said if I don't like it then they stop work. The scope of the website never changed nor did their poor attitude and attention to detail. At the end of the project when I said I would make final payment once I see live site is functional, they refused. Who operates that way? No service provider demands final payment until final “walk through.” I felt like a hostage because they would not have launched my website wit out payment. Sure enough, they took their final payment, and my site was VERY buggy when it went live. They got their money and I got to hire another developer to finish what they did not. Silly me to ever have agreed to that! Their lack of attention to finer details was unacceptable and therefore put an enormous burden of time on me to constantly check their work and repeat the same requests over and over. They simply did not care enough about their work or me as a client. My prodding to keep things moving and making repeated request usual and customary requests was met with "we have bigger clients" and called me names like "whiner and bully." Who speaks to a client that way? Not once did they offer suggestions and advice that would optimize user experience or help with conversion, and this was sold to me as their area of expertise. My only recourse that feels somewhat satisfying is to write this honest review and hope that someone will read this and steer clear of the trap I fell into.

I really wanted to give Ivy Cat a better rating but the truth is, i am so disappointed in their service that i could never EVER recommend these guys to anyone on a timeline or expects Ivy Cat to actually do what they say. I notice my credit card gets billed on time every month yet my website is now almost a year behind schedule. When i shopped website developers i went with Ivy Cat because they were local and they agreed to get everything finished in a timely fashion. Somehow a move to the east coast was never discussed and it is so obvious that they are simply getting to us when they can and have put no importance on a client who has delivered everything they promised, that is the monies to develop my damn site.
