Project budgets are often the listed by our clients as the most critical factor of a successful project delivery. Iconic Solutions understands that budget management is more than just tracking numbers on a spreadsheet in a weekly status report. Every decision and action taken by the project team has budget implications and most “technical decisions” are equal part “financial decisions” and should always be treated as such. Project Managers are tasked with keeping our engineering teams within approved scope and when a new challenge or requirement arises that is likely to impact project costs, it will be documented and presented to the client for review and approval before being added to the project plan.
