If I could give negative stars I would! DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY HAVE SNEAKY CLAUSES IN THEIR CONTRACT and they are THEIVES! I've been waiting for my 12 month contract to end for several months, and have been paying diligently what I owe to them for 12 months, and apparently, I needed to give them 30 days written notice that I do not want to renew my contract for a 2nd year - since I didn't, they are now FORCING me to pay for a second year!!! THIS IS INSANE! Most contracts like this end after 12 months with no problem, but they TRICKED ME! I feel INCREDIBLY taken advantage of. They also charge an incredible amount for the service that they provide. I was fine paying for the first year, but I am in TEARS that I have to pay for another year when I don't want their service. This company is so unethical, I'm not sure how this is even legal! I've been working with Whitney Gales and she knew that I was unhappy with Higher Visibility for MONTHS and she never said anything about writing in 30 days notice to cancel the contract. She knew that I was wanting to be done with them and she doesn't care about me at all! She's just as shady as the contract!

They been lying to me after my first year not being happy with the services I was paying them to do! Lie about me signing a two yrs contract. When it was a one yrs one contract then I waited two yrs to get out my contract come to find out the automatically updated your contracts every yrs without your knowledge. Lies Lies and Lied! I told him I never heard a contract for two yrs for Seo services. This people are scammer been scamming me since April 2018 until now. I send them numerous emails to let me out the contract they kept on lying to me.. saying now I have to pay until April 2021 to get out my contract! When I Only Signed my contract April 2018-April 2019. They lie about my contract Come find out from Erica all the do every is resigned your with out your knowledge! Saying that I gave them my permission the Day I signed contract. I understand that but please let me know beforehand to see if satisfied with the service before moving forward! Don’t Used them they are a bunch of scammers and lying and thieves!

We have been working with Luke Benson signed we joined up with Higher Visibility earlier this year and couldn't;t be happier with the relationship gained. In the past, I had worked with a handful of other SEO companies- all of which turned out to be major disappointments. Despite having what I thought was a clear expectation that was agreed upon prior to signing with these other companies, every single one failed to deliver on these expectations. Enter Higher Visibility. I found them by doing a Google search for "Best SEO Company" and then went through the reviews on top ten sites, Better Business Bureau, and several others. At this point, I didn't care how much the service was going to cost- I just wanted the best agency I could find working on our site. Costs in advertising are relative- especially in my industry. If they could add just 2-3 additional qualified leads per month, I'd happily pay thousands for the result. When I got the quote from Higher Visibility, I was expecting it to be much more. Not so. It was actually less than we paid with the past (useless) other companies. The results speak for themselves and HV's reports are fair and transparent. Overall, I would (and do) recommend them to small businesses looking to up their SEO game. The lower-then-expected fees are just the icing on the cake.
