We’ve been SO impressed by how professional our team has been. Their presentations are always so well-put together and we never feel like we’re chasing after them to find out what’s going on because they’ve always been so on top of communicating with us. The team at Hawke provided us best practice insights and helped us get to a higher base in on-line sales. We used Hawke to manage our FB ad buys and they brought our Google Shopping on line for the first time. Why is Hawke so valuable? I think that because they are big and work with so many brands, they have access insights that smaller agencies may not have. In addition, they hire people that are fresh and invite new learning. The on-line world changes often so what worked last year may have changed completely...you want people who understand that and are always open to learning. They have a communication plan that sometimes left me feeling that it wasn't enough. However, I came to understand that even though they were not "talking" to me more, they were working on my brand and making things happen. I highly recommend Hawke. They will assess where your brand is and explain where they can take you...and they will do it!

Very timely, on top of our account, proactively places ads and ensures alignment with what our current initiatives are. Provides in depth reporting, recaps, and identifies WINS for the ads placed through our Google Analytics platform. Very pleased with the way our account is handled.
