Overall Experience
I hired Steve for promotion of my first novel following a less-than-desirable experience with another publicist. He worked his magic, and I had a cult following overnight! To this day I still correspond with many of the contacts he helped me reach, and I'm confident that his work provided a significant boost in sales. Plus, he's a great guy, wonderful to work with.

What did you like best?
I very much appreciate Steven's pleasant and understated manner of working. He has a quiet competence about him and really knows his stuff. He worked with me to engage and handle publicity as well as interview requests, and to thus elevate my architectural photography brand. He was able to give great guidance and secure a good amount of press.
What did you like least?
You actually have to do some work... it's not like he just does everything for you but his motto "you make the news, we tell the story" actually means that you have to make it happen.
Overall Experience
Working with Steven is a pleasure and, most importantly, produces results. He will be the first to tell you that things don't just happen overnight, but give him a little time and you will see where his plan will lead. It's well worth the investment IMHO.

What did you like best?
As an artist manager at the time, I had the pleasure of working with Steven Le Vine of Grapevine PR in the publicity planning and roll out for Monte Pittman's solo album and EP. Grapevine PR was an integral part of developing and executing a well-rounded publicity plan that took into account both Monte's diverse solo career and his prominence as Madonna's guitarist and guitar teacher. This PR plan resulted in an admirable amount of album and EP reviews, along with an impressive amount of interview requests, which can be difficult to secure with a new solo artist. Grapevine PR expertly crafted the PR materials necessary to a well-rounded PR campaign, submitting and following up with prospects in a timely manner. I have to say that my favorite part of the "Grapevine PR experience" was the teamwork involved in international tour press for Monte's solo career during Madonna's MDNA tour. Steven was available constantly and worked as an integral part of the team in maximizing interviews within a wide range of international cities and markets. These interviews included television and radio shows, along with local and international newspaper, magazines and blogs. At times, we were faced with the challenge of a language barrier in professional communications. Grapevine PR worked patiently through these language barriers in order to assure understanding and effective communication with all involved parties.
What did you like least?
It's difficult to come up with what I liked the least, as Grapevine PR provided professional and reassuring guidance during the PR campaigns for Monte's solo career. I would have to say that the times I liked the least were when we dealt with a breakdown in communication between artist and other team members. Though this was no fault of Grapevine PR, it made forward progression difficult. If anything, Grapevine PR assisted in navigating these difficult times by helping to restore communication and understanding among team members.
Overall Experience
I would describe my overall experience with Grapevine PR as extremely positive. Steven would often lend a listening ear, look at all sides of a situation, and assist in developing a PR plan that showcased strengths and worked around any presenting personal or professional difficulties. Grapevine PR was willing to forge new paths and develop PR relationships with outlets from many countries. Steven knew how to professionally navigate the publicity opportunities involved with international press for Monte during Madonna's MDNA tour without conflicting on any professional commitments with the tour. Grapevine PR provided a feeling of constant professionalism and support during our PR campaigns.

Steve Le Vine, Founder and President of Grapevine Consulting is without question, the finest and most talented Public Relations and Communications person I have ever worked with. For starters, he is incredibly nice ; warm, friendly, cordial, thoughtful and genuine. And he's the consummate professional; hardworking, responsive and always there when you need his advice or help. And he's proactive; is always thinking ahead. And he gets results. I am the Executive Director of a nationally recognized non-profit organization; and in the last year, Steve has garnered us more publicity, television, radio appearance and press than I thought possible. His understanding of our business - and where to find opportunities for visibility and recognition is simply uncanny. In a market as large as Los Angeles with thousands of non-profits - all competing for real estate among the media - Steve finds those opportunities. And delivers. I have recommended and referred him to numerous other people - including quite famous public figures - and they are all incredibly pleased with his work. Genuinely - meet with Steve. Talk with him. He is a rare talent and we are so pleased he is on our team.
What did you like least?
This question does not apply to Grapevine Consulting. My organization's experience has been entirely positive in every way.
Overall Experience
Excellent. Outstanding. Positive. Exceptional. As stated earlier, in a media market as large and competitive as Los Angeles; Steve Le Vine gets results - he gets press - he builds relationships and does it over again. There's your proof. There's your outcome. Multiple television interviews; newspaper and magazine stories and radio appearances. Oh yes, and he's a superb writer. Uncommon.
