Technically incompetent, non customer service oriented organization. I would not trust them to host a website for my dog. We used them as a hosting service for four years, had a company credit card expire, sent them the form with the updated number, they failed to update it and instead put up a blackmail wall telling all of our customers that our website had been suspended. They claimed that they tried to contact us by phone first, but were confused by our automated phone system.
