Forefathers posted our brand and business plan on Instagram and dribbble.com without our permission and before they provided us with a finished product. Shortly after we paid them $4,500, we got a cease and desist letter from a company in NC with the same name as ours. They sent a copy of the Forefathers Instagram post, which is how they found us. Forefathers refused to help us in any way and blocked us from writing emails to them. We lost $4,500 to Forefathers because if their carlessness. They took our money happily and refused to help in any way.
