Ordering through this company has been easy and quick, and this team is great about keeping in touch and following up. My overall experience with them has been great.

We hired FlowState for a brand development project, which involved creation of a design strategy, logo design, branding guidelines, and brand assets. Their team was great - creative, on-time, and responsive to our feedback. We went through several rounds of iterations with the logo, colors, and fonts, and they were good at listening to what we asked for, and making edits quickly to keep the project on pace. The only negative is their office setup and infrastructure ... we held one meeting in their office with some from my company dialing in remotely, and FlowState (with their small office and conference room setup) made it very difficult to host a collaborative meeting (folks couldn't hear very well and the space was very loud). I've worked with multiple creative agencies over the years, and it's always refreshing to find a team that's highly capable, responsive, friendly, and well-rounded. We were glad we hired FlowState.
