Our firm excels at developing and managing large-scale integrated communications campaigns, incorporating current best practices in marketing, PR, advertising, branding and more. We manage multiple statewide and regional campaigns, incorporating traditional advertising and PR with new media and digital marketing, social media and permission-based, target audience-driven community marketing.
As a smaller, boutique firm, we are able to customize our plans to meet each client's needs. Some clients just need a new logo, event-based marketing or a simple public relations campaign, while others require a full suite of integrated communications services.
Clients work directly with the owners of the company in addition to the rest of the Flock and Rally staff, as well as some of South Carolina’s most experienced creative professionals. Teams expand and contract in size for each client. We are nimble and responsive, well suited for collaborating with your team.
We take a highly strategic approach to marketing, advertising and media buys. We develop ad plans, negotiate ad rates, place buys and track ROI. We can produce any print or electronic marketing and advertising collateral materials.
Flock and Rally is federally certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and is eligible for DBE “set-aside” projects.
Flock and Rally is also certified by Richland County as a Small, Local Business Enterprise (SLBE) and by the City of Columbia as a Certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (CDBE).
The firm employs leading-edge productivity management software and project management protocols that are highly detailed and sophisticated, including detailed time tracking software, enabling the firm to produce a variety of project reports to clients upon request.
