The founders of FiG Advertising + Marketing were marketing industry veterans who were fed up with the bureaucratic and horrible business practices of most marketing agencies. Our founder, Zachary Rischitelli, believed that most marketing companies didn't take the time, or make the effort, to effectively communicate and collaborate with their clients. Rischitelli wanted to change that customer-agency dynamic with their own independent marketing agency.
FiG was founded on, and is still guided by 4 core values:
We take a collaborative and iterative approach to every marketing strategy we employ for our clients. Rather than receiving the client request and presenting a completely different strategy than was requested 1 month later, FiG develops every strategy and every piece of marketing collateral through iterations with our clients. This way, there is never a miscommunication about expectations and the promised marketing strategy matches the client request as much as possible.
