What did you like best?

We have worked with Fahrenheit Marketing on a complicated and long term project to set up our inbound lead generation. Historically, we relied on paid advertising, and to expand our sales, we hired Fahrenheit Marketing to set up the SEO, replace our old content with new, relevant material targeting personas of our potential clients. Last but not the least, we needed attention to our PPC campaign to get it more optimized, with better conversion rates. Fahrenheit is a great agency, starting with their personal approach to its customers (judging based on our own experience), and most importantly, they know their craft and their recommendations are solid and safe. We were not looking for a flash in a pan but rather, a long term brand building exercise that would effectively expand our footprint in the industry.

What did you like least?

Nothing big that we can recall, maybe sometimes we had to educate them on our area of expertise, which involved a lot of technical background information, but I think their learning curve was to be expected. Nobody can know everything, especially if it requires some specific narrow knowledge.

Describe your overall experience.

They deserve 5 stars! The measurement of any work is the outcome. In our case, we obtained the desired result, while the process gave us a ton of positive experience. The Fahrenheit Marketing team has organically leveraged our internal marketing efforts, and the team work paid off.

What did you like best?

Fahrenheit is a leader in its space. For a small agency, they boast of a considerable footprint. Smaller clients that work with Fahrenheit get the opportunity to work with the same team that works on Gatorade, RJ Reynolds and the Barbara Bush Foundation. That's a lot of experience and seniority that you typically don't get if you have a smaller budget and try to work with the big agencies.

What did you like least?

Fahrenheit has limited bandwidth. Not always, depending on the need, they only take on a project if they know they can deliver on time and meet or exceed the client's expectations. Sometimes you have to wait a few days or even weeks to get something started.

Describe your overall experience.

I've worked with Ricardo, the company principal on a few occasions. His leadership style is very open, encouraging both clients and agency to push the envelope as far as it can go without losing focus. The company as a whole is very responsive and I really like the fact that they are vested in the design community around them, definitely setting them apart as thought leaders.

What did you like best?

My favorite things about working with Fahrenheit is their flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond. Our contacts at Fahrenheit consistently responded to SOS messages at all hours of the day with a smile on their face. They were as knowledgeable about our systems (if not moreso) than anyone internally. Also very reasonable on our contract and hours deployment.

What did you like least?

Don't really have anything negative to say. I can't think of a situation where the work we asked them for was anything short of what was needed. On occasion we had low-priority requests that needed to be follow up on, but those instances were rare.

Describe your overall experience.

Very positive overall.

What did you like best?

Ricardo is a go getter and has the know-how to make things happen.

What did you like least?

The entire experience is always positive and I wouldn’t change a thing.

Describe your overall experience.

Ricardo and, by extension, his staff function with character and integrity. I would not hesitate to recommend Fahrenheit Marketing to anyone (with whom I don’t compete with ;-) ).
