Our estimates are crafted with a baseline budget along with optional additional services that can enhance the production quality. Each of these are provided with a cost-benefit analysis to give clients more control over their expenses. We also frequently produce alternate versions of commercial-based videos designed with social media in mind, utilizing text labels within the image frame, closed captions, and more vertically-oriented aspect ratios. Concept Development
One of our first questions will be centered around what you want to accomplish. If you don't have a plan already, it is important to establish what your desired outcome is from producing a video, so that we can craft content accordingly. Clients can work with experienced producers in writing scripts, choosing on-camera or voiceover talent from our network, storyboarding, and other aspects. We're also more than happy to simply execute a plan of your own or from a marketing team.
Once we have a general idea of the logistics involved in creating your video, we'll be able to come up with an estimate that includes the base price for the basics, followed by optional add-on services that can enhance the quality of your video. Production
We have multi-camera setups for events and high dynamic range cameras for a more cinematic look in corporate messaging, commercials, and other creative videos. A staple of our service involves the use of the latest Blackmagic Design ATEM system which can enable live-editing to take place, thereby speeding up delivery time of fully-edited event recordings considerably. This device also allows us to live stream this type of content to multiple online platforms simultaneously.
Our team takes the time to record processes, activities, people reactions, and other content from a variety of angles and with artistic camera movements to ensure that your video is as visually engaging as possible. The same creative process behind this applies to our candid photo capture at events.
Video Editing
We can provide your content in both HD and UHD resolutions, depending on your needs. Incorporation of royalty-free background music, animated logo reveals, stylized scene transitions, on-screen text and still graphics, and other creative elements are commonplace in the videos we produce. Each video that is edited will always receive at least one revision at no additional charge to ensure your video is perfected.
Photography
Our primary photography services focuses on candid capture of events. During your event, we'll take hundreds or thousands of photos, sort through them for the best, professionally retouch them, and make deliverables in high and web resolution JPG format. We're very experienced in getting the right kind of shots and have serviced events in over a dozen D/FW area locations.
Live Streaming & Virtual Events
Live, 1080 HD streaming capabilities to multiple platforms simultaneously using a multi-camera setup and graphics integration. We can assist with the event planning process to ensure you have adequate staging, lighting, audio arrangements, and other logistics necessary for a quality broadcast. If your broadcast involves remote presenters using Zoom, Skype, or other conferencing software, ask us about virtual event creation which can integrate multiple presenters into a custom-built website complete with supplementary information, video-on-demand, and other branded services.
