Having a long-term relationship with Espresso B2B Marketing has allowed us to take advantage of their deep knowledge of the changing marketing landscape. We have not made it easy for the Espresso team ~ our organization has demanded that they keep in sync with our changing environment, yet our communication of the changes has not often been as timely or detailed as they would like. Espresso provides guidance without judging; is flexible but keeps us on time; and suggests ways to allow us to keep our marketing practices tuned.
