Our "Anti-Agency" approach removes most of the roadblocks that our current clients and many potential clients that we talk to complain about with their previous experiences. We believe that not only should clients have the knowledge and understanding of what is going on with their campaign, they also need to feel as if they are working with someone out of desire and not being forced to do so. We do not believe in locking someone into a long-term contract that is going to cause friction in the relationship, rather we want our clients to want to be with us.
A second differentiator is the fact that we have programs available for companies of all sizes. We realize that as an agency there are potential clients out there that have been turned away from larger agencies because they did not have the budget or time available to meet their requirements. This does not mean that the people do not deserve to get help with their marketing. Our key client base is not with the larger organization but in the small to mid-sized business market. We decided when we started Endurance Marketing to keep the organization rather flat and low overhead in order to be able to offer high-end services at a price that comes in much lower than the competition, therefore we can pass that on to our clients.
