Edgar Allan made our new website possible! We evaluated other Webflow vendors, but felt the most confident with Edgar Allan after speaking with Mason Poe—he answered all of our questions about Webflow and gave us confidence that it was the right CMS for our project. Throughout the process their team was able to clearly explain how and why they would build things a certain way, and made sure that we understood the pros and cons of different approaches. Importantly, they also empowered us to own the site and maintain it ourselves—since launching, we’ve successfully built upon the foundation that Edgar Allan provided and have even created multiple micro-sites based on their original work. They were flexible as some things inevitably changed throughout the project due to internal decisions on our end. When we needed to expand our SOW they made sure we had consistent resources available from their team. We will definitely work with Edgar Allan again in the future, and I’ve already recommended them to several other companies.

Edgar Allan helped our company, Ruby Star Society, clearly articulate our brand vision, and they gave us all the tools we needed for our launch. They helped us distill what we wanted to say into a well communicated message with the visuals to support it. The assets they provided have been incredibly useful throughout our first two years as a company. Everyone there was lovely to work with, and so helpful and encouraging throughout the process.

What Makes Us Different?
We're big agency ex-pats with experience branding countries and building big, heavy websites in highly regulated industries. But we know that most companies don't need a six-month brand exercise and a website that takes a year to launch and then isn't easily updatable. So we built a process that nails brand strategy faster, helps design come to life more easily and launches websites in weeks not months. Here's our philosophy in a nutshell:

Content is a dirty, commoditized word. We prefer to call what we do brand journalism — a more informed, insightful (and interesting) way to communicate with customers over time.
