Relationship building starts within our own team. DPA Communications is a boutique public relations and marketing agency, which means we run a more intimate operation. We cultivate an "all hands on deck" mindset among our team members to form more collaborative and multi-perspective campaigns. This helps to hold each individual accountable for hitting benchmark goals and performing a better service for each client.
Our client relationships are what drive our growing business. To date, many of our current clients are word-of-mouth referrals from those present and previous for whom we have run sucessful campaigns. We pride ourselves on our expertise in communicating and maintaining these relationships, even after contractual obligations, which fosters our ability to create strategic alliances.
Creating strategic alliances is how we build relationships between our clients and our personal network(s). In doing so, we have been able to facilitate more interesting campaign concepts for our clients including sports themed "Donut Battles," marketing a giftbasket company with local Executive Association and PTO organizations, and successful multi-brand social media contests.
